Warranty Policy

• All watches purchased from Watchington come with a 1-year machine warranty.
• To make a warranty claim, you must provide the original warranty card included with your purchase.
• Please note that the warranty covers machine-related issues only. Physical damage or misuse is not covered.

15 Days Refund/Exchange Policy

• We offer a 15-day window for refunds or exchanges on undamaged, unworn, and unscratched watches.
• Unwrapped or used watches will not be accepted for refund or exchange, except in cases where there is a valid reason such as a manufacturing defect.

Refund Process

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Once we receive the returned product, the refund request will be processed within 2-3 working days.
